Personal and Group fitness training, the world's Ultimate 25 minute workout. We are also Nutrition and Endurance Training specialists.
Please note this is a one and a half hour session and a heart rate monitor is required. This is a class for people who are interested in marathons, trail runs, running techniques, increase in cardiovascular ability and lowering of resting heart rate.
Circuit 25 will not wait for you to meet the group if you are late. If you are not at the meeting point at the time of class - you will not be allowed into the class, and the booking will be considered a no-show.
YOU MUST BRING A TOWEL TO ALL CLASSES FOR YOU TO LIE DOWN ON.
Please bring a bottle or two of water - preferably in a small backpack.
Youâ€™ll love the group setting. C25 is specially designed for a group setting but provides intensive individual attention. A participantâ€™s fitness level doesnâ€™t matter; every class is a mix of beginners and advanced. C25 makes sure each person in the class receives a workout suited to their needs, by using unique strategies and focusing on individual accomplishments within a 25 second span, rather than pressuring someone to complete repetitions. And the bonus of a group setting is its ideal environment for mingling and networking. C25 has made fitness and socializing simple and fun.
