(ii) if sharing the information to our marketing, technology or logistics providers is reasonably necessary to provide or otherwise make available the Website and any feature of the Website or a service that you have requested;

You may amend or update your Personal Data by editing your profile in your account on the Website or App.
5. How long do we retain your Personal Data?
5.1 The Personal Data that you provide to us will be retained for as long as the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected continues.
5.2 Once the purpose expires, and unless retention is required to satisfy any legal, regulatory, accounting or other business requirements to protect the interests of ClassCruiser, ClassCruiser will destroy or delete the Personal Data information provided by you, or remove any means by which such Personal Data can be associated with you.

The Website may contain links to other sites (“Linked Sites”). ClassCruiser is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of such other Linked Sites. We encourage our users to be aware when leaving the Website to read the privacy policies or statements of each Linked Site that collects Personal Data and non-Personally Identifiable Information. You agree to waive any claim against us with respect to the Linked Sites.
9. Controlling your Personal Data
